E‑Frontiers in Dublin is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations on commercial construction and fit-out projects. You will coordinate trades, monitor progress and ensure work complies with drawings and programme.

The role requires strong leadership, subcontractor management, and a solid health and safety track record. This is a permanent, on-site position with a competitive salary and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Background with a main contractor on commercial construction or fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor site progress, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
• Coordinate material deliveries, labour allocation and site logistics.
