E‑Frontiers in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Site Manager to deliver high‑specification commercial fit-out projects from mobilisation through handover. You will lead day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme milestones and ensure safety, quality and client expectations are met.

The role requires experience with complex office, retail or hospitality projects, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining rigorous safety and quality

Formación

• Commercial fit-out experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site operations.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet programme deadlines.
• Experience with high-specification office, retail or hospitality projects.
• Experience working directly with clients and consultants.
• Experience managing complex or fast-track projects.
• Safe Pass.
• First Aid.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and organisation of the site.
• Plan, coordinate and sequence construction activities to meet the project programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour and site resources.
• Ensure sufficient labour, materials, plant and equipment are available to maintain progress.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, access, storage and working areas.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays at an early stage.
• Implement corrective actions where progress is falling behind.
• Maintain a well-organised, clean and professional site.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and construction information.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and specialist contractors on site.
• Hold regular coordination meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure subcontractors provide required documentation, RAMS, inspections and completion information.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to deliver the agreed programme.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Identify discrepancies, clashes and potential construction issues.
• Raise RFIs and technical queries where required.
• Coordinate client and consultant inspections.
• Attend and contribute to progress and coordination meetings.
• Maintain accurate site diaries and daily records.
• Plan and coordinate snagging and completion activities.
