Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead site activities across County Clare. You will supervise trades, coordinate deliveries, and ensure work aligns with drawings and the project programme. A strong safety culture and practical problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in foreman/supervisory role in construction.
• Experience with main building contractor is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in Ireland.
• Proactive, solutions-focused leadership of trades and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and operations.
• Allocate work to direct labour, subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs and programme.
• Monitor productivity; manage labour and resources.
• Coordinate deliveries, plant, materials and equipment.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
