Job summary

E-Frontiers Ltd, Galway, with a leading main contractor, seeks an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for major commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in the West of Ireland.

You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensure work is delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager on main contractor projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and HSE standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and labour on site.
• Ensure works align with programme, drawings and budget.
• Maintain safety, quality and environmental standards on site.
• Lead site meetings and report progress to project team.
