Brightpath Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major restoration and expansion project on a prestigious 5-star Heritage Estate in Clare. The role runs for approximately 12 months and is on-site on a highly visible development.

You will coordinate trades, subcontractors and finishing teams, drive quality, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining rigorous health and safety controls. A strong track record in fit-out and large-scale projects is essential.

Formación

• 7–10 years in a similar site management role.
• Strong background in fit-out and finishing stages.
• Ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large scale projects.

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a team delivering a major restoration and expansion project on a prestigious 5-star Heritage Estate in Clare. This programme runs for approximately 12 months and is part of a broader wave of regional development ahead of a major global sporting event taking place locally, creating long-term opportunities in the area.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a prestigious project
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and finishing teams
• Ensure works are delivered to exceptional quality standards and project timelines
• Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out and finishing stages
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
• A good track record with a previous employer (Number of years’ experience with a single employer)
