Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead some of our largest and most complex commercial construction projects. You will own end-to-end delivery from preconstruction handoff through closeout, with authority to make key decisions, manage the budget, and develop the PM team alongside you.

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Lead OAC and project meetings and ensure risks and decisions are visible and addressed.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers as they grow into larger roles.

You’ve already proven you can run a project. What happens when you’re trusted to lead the whole team and the biggest jobs?

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead some of the company’s largest and most complex commercial construction projects, owning everything from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You’ll have the authority to make the decisions, manage the money, lead the client relationship, and develop the PMs working alongside you.

You’ll own the project, not just your piece of it. You’ll:

• Lead overall delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Own project financials, forecasts, cost control, profitability, contracts, change orders, and billings.
• Lead buyout, subcontract awards, procurement, and long‑lead decisions.
• Drive the schedule with the Superintendent and field team while managing RFIs, submittals, and delivery risks.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Lead OAC and project meetings and make sure risks and decisions don’t get buried.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers as they grow into larger roles.

The scale is real. Projects range from $5M to $150M, with most landing between $20M and $70M, across education, healthcare, industrial, corporate, institutional, manufacturing, food & beverage, and entertainment.

What you get: $110,000–$135,000/year, a senior seat with meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to influence both the projects you lead and the people coming up behind you. You’ll spend most of your time in the office or project trailer, with regular site presence when the work requires it.

You’ll fit if you have 8+ years of commercial construction PM experience and have independently taken large or complex projects from start to finish. You know project financials, contracts, buyout, scheduling, risk, and client management and you’re comfortable being the person who makes the call when something needs a decision.

This is for the PM who’s ready to stop being measured only by whether their project finished and start being measured by how well they lead the entire team.
