Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years' construction management experience to lead major commercial and mixed-use developments from feasibility to handover. You will report directly to the Board and take full responsibility for project delivery.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and delivery partners, while maintaining governance, budget control and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in construction, architecture, engineering, project management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in commercial or mixed-use development.
• Background with a main contractor, project management consultancy or development organisation.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, program and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and delivery partners.
• Control programme, budget, risk, governance and overall delivery performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of design development, procurement and construction.
• Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability and regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective engagement with the Board, internal teams and external stakeholders.

Education

3rd level qualification in construction, architecture, engineering, project management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.

Job description

Our client is a leading property development management company who undertake large new build & refurbishment projects across Dublin in the commercial sector for blue-chip clients.

Currently require a Project Manager with 5+ years' construction management experience.

This role will suit someone coming from a consultancy or main contracting background who is looking to move into a \"client facing\" role.

Role

Lead major new-build and regeneration projects from feasibility and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Report directly to the Board and take full responsibility for project delivery.
