Job summary

You will communicate progress to the Head of Projects and Project Manager, understand the full scope, and embed QHSE practices on each site. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining documentation, and building strong client relationships across CBRE sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage a team and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of project financials and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project delivery to ensure safety and on-time completion.
• Communicate progress to Head of Projects and Project Manager.
• Oversee sub-contractor management and on-site supervision activities.
• Ensure QHSE practices are embedded in every project.
• Maintain project documents and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure customer acceptance aligns with project plans.
