Job summary

Gi Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects in Dublin. The role focuses on contract management, leadership of site teams and coordination with subcontractors to meet programme, quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will oversee project performance, manage commercial interfaces and ensure projects comply with Irish regulations while maintaining strong client and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a related discipline.
• Demonstrated senior contracts management experience on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, programming and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful running and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure contractual obligations and specifications are understood and followed.
• Monitor progress against programme, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Support site management teams to keep projects on track and compliant.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials for efficient delivery.
• Work with QS and commercial teams on performance and contractual matters.
• Identify risks and delays early and address them with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and Irish construction legislation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project and site personnel.
