Intact Insurance Ireland is recruiting a Senior Property & Liability Underwriter – New Business to grow and manage a Property, Liability and SME portfolio. You will combine technical underwriting with strong broker relationships to retain valued customers and deliver an exceptional experience.

In collaboration with the Dublin Trading Team, you will contribute to growth while maintaining underwriting discipline, operating within authority and standards, and delivering customer-focused solutions

Competenze

• At least five years' relevant commercial insurance experience.
• CIP qualified, or an equivalent recognised insurance qualification.
• Strong technical underwriting knowledge to assess risk within delegated authority.
• Sound commercial judgement for profitable growth and portfolio performance.
• Proven ability to build broker and stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Customer-driven, solution-focused mindset; capable of handling queries and complaints.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with willingness to share knowledge.
• High standards of integrity and regulatory awareness.
