360 Search, a well established insurance broker, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker to join the commercial team in Ireland. You will manage and retain an SME and commercial client portfolio, handling renewals, negotiations, and policy amendments from start to finish.

The role offers a clear progression pathway into mid-market and more complex commercial risk, with ongoing professional development and exam support within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years' experience in commercial insurance.
• Experience managing renewals and existing client portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and compliance aware.
• Commercially minded with growth opportunities in the sector.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of SME and commercial clients.
• Handle renewals from start to finish, including remarketing.
• Negotiate renewal terms with insurers for cover and pricing.
• Process mid-term adjustments, endorsements, and policy amendments.
• Provide professional insurance advice and tailored solutions.
• Identify cross-selling and portfolio growth opportunities.
• Maintain records on CRM and policy administration systems.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Build strong relationships with insurer partners.
