Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Commercial Management, Contract Administration, Procurement, Dispute Resolution or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex procurement strategies and commercial governance arrangements.
• Identify, assess and challenge commercial risk, contractual interpretation risks, scope creep and claims management practices.
