Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to lead major water infrastructure delivery in Dublin. This role focuses on technical leadership, procurement strategy and contract administration across a high-profile programme.

You will engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractor procurement, and drive delivery within a hybrid working arrangement. Chartered Engineer status and ~15 years in utilities/infrastructure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent, is expected.
• Strong engineering or project management background.
• Around 15 years’ relevant experience in utilities and infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with NEC contracts, contract document preparation, procurement and contract administration would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across major water and wastewater projects.
• Lead contractor procurement, tender and contract documentation, and evaluation processes.
• Oversee contract administration, progress monitoring and payment certification.
• Engage with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to influence outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a growing project delivery team.
