Job summary

Enexa Partners is looking for a Schedule & PMO Lead – Manager to drive delivery on large water, wastewater, and utilities infrastructure projects in Ireland. The role offers hybrid working with two days in the Dublin office and three days remote for an extended long-term engagement or permanent hire.

You will apply 10+ years in project controls to review complex schedules, manage dependencies, and lead governance, reporting dashboards, and schedule assurance across multiple delivery partners,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or PMO leadership on major capital projects.
• Experience in assurance or delivery roles on large (>€1bn) programmes.
• Ability to review, challenge and assure complex schedules and programme logic.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract requirements.
• Strong governance, reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule oversight and assurance activities across multiple delivery partners.
• Develop and maintain PMO operating models and governance structures.
• Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with NEC-based programme management and procurement milestones.
