Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Senior NEC Project Manager to lead NEC delivery on a landmark water and wastewater scheme in Ireland and shape one of the country’s most significant infrastructure programmes. The role is site-based in North Dublin, with a focus on commercial governance and contract administration across long-duration works.

• Accreditation as an NEC Project Manager is required.
• A degree, higher diploma or equivalent in engineering, construction, project management or a related technical discipline is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC contract with discipline and timely decisions.
• Lead day-to-day interface with contractor and client teams.
• Manage early warnings, compensation events and change control.
• Oversee payments, schedules and commercial administration.
• Lead a small team of commercial and technical specialists.
