Job summary

Northern Trust Ireland is seeking a Client Service Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead day-to-day Transfer Agency services for a portfolio of clients. You will be the primary operational contact, ensuring SLAs are met while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service.

You will oversee monthly reporting, incident vetting, and collaborate with Global and Relationship Managers to address client needs and drive process improvements in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant discipline and have client-focused experience in financial services.
• Operational Transfer Agency experience is preferred but related fund management experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Transfer Agency industry and regulatory knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and numerical skills are required.
• Proficiency with business systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day Transfer Agency services for a client portfolio.
• Serve as primary operational contact and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain client service levels and timely information delivery.
• Support development of new TA products and client take-on processes.
• Lead client due diligence visits and oversee monthly reporting.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve.
