Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Client Service Manager (Senior Consultant) to oversee Transfer Agency services for a portfolio of clients. You will act as the primary operations contact, ensuring client deliverables meet SLDs while maintaining strong relationships and high-quality service experiences.

Responsibilities include daily TA service delivery, KPI calculation, incident vetting, and collaboration with Global RM and other departments to implement regulatory changes and process

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline and client-focused experience in financial services.
• Operational experience in Transfer Agency is preferred.
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of TA industry and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services for allocated clients.
• Maintain client service levels and timely, accurate reporting.
• Provide guidance on new TA products and SLDS with clients.
• Lead/participate in client due diligence visits and KPI reviews.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with Global RM and other Ops managers.
• Manage client interactions and documentation, including SLDS and reporting.
