Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Client Services professional in Ireland to manage transfer agency services for a portfolio of clients. You will act as the primary operational point of contact, ensuring all client deliverables are met in line with service levels and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with Global Fund Services Ireland and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, assess incidents, and implement process improvements while upholding high service

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline and client-focused experience in financial services or banking.
• Operational Transfer Agency experience preferred, but related fund accounting or banking experience considered.
• People management experience is desirable but the role may be individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of TA services to the client with control checklists and deadlines.
• Be the face of Northern Trust to external and internal partners.
• Maintain client service levels with timely, accurate information delivery.
• Provide technical expertise for new TA products and SLDs with clients.
• Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and client-facing documentation and presentations.
• Lead client due diligence visits and manage monthly reporting and KPI review.
