Job summary

Northern Trust Ireland is seeking a Client Service Manager (Senior Consultant) to oversee day-to-day Transfer Agency services for a portfolio of clients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality client experiences, managing issues, and ensuring SLA compliance across reporting and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline and experience in a client-focused role in financial services/banking.
• Operational Transfer Agency experience preferred, but fund accounting or banking experience considered.
• People management experience desirable; independent contributor role.
• Proven track record building and maintaining client relationships.
• Transfer Agency industry and regulatory knowledge strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
• Good keyboard skills and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Planning, organisation and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TA services daily for client portfolio and maintain SLA adherence.
• Act as the primary operational contact and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain client service levels and timely delivery of information and reports.
• Provide technical input for new TA products and SLDS with clients.
• Lead client due diligence visits and oversee monthly KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement regulatory changes.
• Maintain operating procedures to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Manage client issues and liaise with Global Fund Services and Relationship Managers.
