Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for JPM Client(s) within Fund Accounting.
• Build and maintain a stable client relationship for key interactions and escalation.
• Represent Fund Accounting in client and internal interactions.
• Responsible for client onboarding, offboarding and fund events, as well as issue management and daily BAU queries.
• Implement client and regulatory driven changes to operating model; primary escalation point for issues and progress updates.
• Collaborate across the organization to drive process improvements and roll out firm-wide initiatives.
• Maintain close partnership with internal stakeholders.
