Albany Beck is a specialist Financial Services Consultancy delivering complex change and transformation while building internal capability. We seek a Test Manager to lead testing across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality and risk are controlled from planning to execution.

You will collaborate with BAs, Developers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to define delivery timelines, govern testing, and apply runbooks and playbooks from prior implementations.

Formación

• Experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead in complex technology or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead testing across multi-system programmes with end-to-end coverage.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage end-to-end testing strategy across projects and workstreams.
• Develop test plans, strategies, schedules, and exit criteria with reporting.
• Lead testers, allocate work, ensure coverage across functional/integration/system testing.
• Align testing with Agile delivery and project timelines.
• Improve runbooks and playbooks; escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Provide clear progress reports on defects, risks and readiness.
