Job summary

Version 1 is a trusted technology and transformation partner with 30 years of experience, delivering solutions to global brands. The role focuses on defining and delivering critical projects, managing stakeholders from C-suite to developers, and producing detailed BRD/requirements documents.

You will work across workshops, design, and delivery phases, supporting UAT to ensure release readiness and driving business outcomes for clients with agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience producing Business Requirements Documents and Business Process Mapping.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into solution designs and system specs.
• Agile delivery experience within a dedicated delivery team.
• Experience with Digital or Application Modernisation projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a series of key projects with Version 1's clients.
• End-to-end project involvement from workshops through to design and delivery phases.
• Conduct root cause analysis and translate business needs into designs and specifications.
• Produce detailed Business Requirements Specification Documents.
• Manage stakeholders from C-suite to developers, both internally and with clients.
• Support UAT during all testing phases to ensure solutions are ready for release.
