Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice in Dublin. You will lead digital transformation and strategic change projects for Banking clients, coordinating across product owners and delivery teams to ensure successful planning, execution and close.

You will gather requirements, map as-is to to-be processes, and develop customer journeys while driving continuous improvement and data-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
• Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate clearly, conduct requirements workshops, drive decision making.
• Experience in documenting business cases, business process modelling, elicitation through workshops.
• Manage projects from inception to delivery.
• IT background with solid technology grounding.
• Experience in both Agile and waterfall SDLCs.
• Strong communication, collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• 2.1 or higher in a related discipline; Masters a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to understand problems and define scope.
• Interview product owners to map as-is to to-be processes.
• Document process models and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Map customer experiences using personas and customer journeys.
• Analyze data to support business cases for change.
• Research best-in-class industry processes to digitize customer journeys.
• Design digital strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Provide industry insights on trends and future operating models.
• Develop deep understanding of business context and marketplace.
• Use process modelling to capture requirements and work with PO and development teams.
• Collaborate with multiple product owners to write clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support metrics-driven culture within the function.
