Job summary

Albany Beck in Limerick is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a client onboarding and documentation remediation programme. You will gather business requirements, analyse current onboarding processes, and design future-state workflows to improve onboarding, legal documentation, and SLA management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or related regulated environments.
• Strong skills in gathering requirements and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to document and improve onboarding processes and workflows.
• Experience working with client documentation, legal agreements, and SLAs.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across client onboarding and documentation workstreams.
• Gather, analyse, and document requirements from Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Client Services.
• Review onboarding processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design end-to-end onboarding workflows and operating procedures.
• Review client documentation requirements with Legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive remediation initiatives when onboarding documentation or SLAs are incomplete or outdated.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to achieve alignment across teams.
• Produce BRDs, process maps, gap analyses, user stories, and operational procedures.
• Support implementation and ensure requirements transition into operations.
• Act as the primary contact for business analysis activities throughout the project.
