Job summary
Mastercard in Dublin is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development on the SME team to drive B2B payments capabilities from concept to market. You will translate customer problems into epics, define requirements, and collaborate with Engineering to design API-first, scalable product solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferable.
- Experience in B2B payments, including AP/AR and ERP integrations.
- Experience in product development or technical product management.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize and deliver platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.
- Translate problems and opportunities into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Own backlog management and delivery-ready specifications for engineering teams.
- Design scalable platform capabilities, APIs and data models in collaboration with architecture.
- Coordinate across SDLC phases from solution design to production rollout and optimization.
- Engage with external providers to define integration requirements and accelerate delivery.
- Measure feature adoption and platform performance to drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain release documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
