Job summary

Connexus Recruit in Dublin is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for an expanding outbound B2B sales team. The role focuses on developing new business, building a robust pipeline, and turning opportunities into lasting relationships.

You will proactively identify prospects, manage interactions, and collaborate with Marketing to drive targeted campaigns, while reporting on KPIs and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound telephone or door-to-door sales.
• Proven track record of creating new business and meeting targets.
• Confident prospecting and building relationships.
• Comfortable managing own pipeline from first contact to close.
• Familiar with CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Build and manage your own outbound pipeline.
• Engage with prospective customers through calls and targeted outbound activity.
• Develop new accounts into long-term commercial relationships.
• Work with Marketing on targeted sales campaigns.
• Manage pipeline activity, KPIs and CRM reporting.
• Provide commercial and sales insights to senior management.
• Support and mentor junior members of the sales team.
• Contribute ideas around improving sales processes and team performance.
