Job summary

Willis Lease Finance Corporation seeks a Lease Administrator to coordinate the close of lease, purchase and sale transactions involving aviation equipment, primarily aircraft engines. You will work with clients, Marketing, Finance, in-house counsel and outside counsel to negotiate and produce lease, financing, and trust documents.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in leasing, excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel minimal.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in leasing industry (aviation a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, as well as flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the close of lease, purchase and sale transactions.
• Prepare and forward required lease and purchase/sale documents to counsel and lessee on a transaction-by-transaction basis.
• Coordinate the filing of documents with FAA and International Registry.
• Prepare and forward lender and owner trustee documents as needed.
• Post-close follow-up on items, escrow, and document dissemination.
