Le Meas Executive Search is seeking an experienced Commercial Negotiation professional in Dublin to lead contract negotiations across leases, deliveries and related transactions within the aviation leasing/financing sector.

You will negotiate with airlines, investors and financiers, ensuring timely and budget-conscious closes while managing post-delivery activity and documentation across a broad range of deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial environment (aviation leasing/financing or legal).
• Formal legal training and qualifications preferred.
• Background in aviation leasing/financing industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations at contract and post-contract stages with airlines, investors and financiers.
• Ensure that transactions execute and close on time and on budget.
