Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is supporting an established aircraft leasing platform in Dublin to recruit a Contracts and Compliance Manager. The role spans compliance governance, legal operations and commercial transaction support within an international aviation finance environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate due diligence, AML governance and policy reviews while managing contract administration and supplier engagements across leasing transactions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience across compliance, legal operations, contracts, corporate administration or financial services.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of financial services; aviation sector exposure is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities, including AML governance, regulatory reporting and policy reviews.
• Coordinate customer due diligence, sanctions monitoring and compliance training initiatives.
• Provide contract administration support across leasing transactions, maintaining accurate legal documentation and records.
• Manage legal supplier engagement, fee tracking and invoice administration across transaction activity.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to support transaction execution and ongoing compliance obligations.
