Willis Lease Finance Corporation in Ireland seeks a detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to coordinate the close of lease, purchase and sale transactions for aviation equipment, mainly aircraft engines. You will work with customers, Marketing, Finance, and counsel to prepare and finalize lease and financing documents.

Responsibilities include pre-closing checks, document forwarding, FAA filings, post-closing follow-up, and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in leasing industry (aviation a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and flexibility

Responsabilités

• Coordinate close of lease, purchase and sale transactions involving aviation equipment, mainly engines.
• Prepare and forward required lease and purchase/sale documents to counsel and counterparties.
• Coordinate filings with FAA and International Registry; manage lender documents.
• Post-closing follow-up, document release, indexing and final dissemination.
• Ad hoc reporting and preparation of agency agreements.
