• Coordinate the administration and execution of aircraft leasing, acquisition, financing and sale transactions.
• Support transaction planning, document management and internal reporting throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Liaise with external legal advisers and internal stakeholders to help drive transactions through to completion.
• Assist with legal documentation, governance processes, and post-closing activities.
• Contribute to wider operational support, including compliance-related administration, reporting and project work.
