Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks an experienced Manager, Investor Services AML to lead the AML team, oversee daily operations and deliver key regulatory projects.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit and fund boards, develop desk procedures, monitor PEPs and transactions, and implement new AML technology to enhance client experience. Hybrid work model with flexible hours supports a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing an AML team of 4+ employees.
• Knowledge of EU/Irish AML requirements and regulations.
• Experience in financial services compliance.
• Strong risk awareness and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML processes to meet objectives and policies.
• Act as primary AML contact for clients, fund MLROs, and investors.
• Develop and update AML desk procedures and training materials.
• Monitor ongoing screening, PEPs, and transaction monitoring.
• Support regulatory changes and manage management reporting across funds.
