Job summary

Zendesk Ireland is seeking an AI Sales Specialist to drive growth and adoption of our AI products in a quota-carrying overlay role. You will prospect, demo, and close deals alongside our Core AE team, applying value‑based selling to align AI solutions with customer goals.

You’ll lead AI POCs, collaborate with AI and Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and help model commercial scenarios to maximise ARR while meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
• Native Spanish Speaker.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales quotas and meet targets within Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with the core sales team to drive revenue from existing Zendesk accounts and new business pursuits.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, using value‑based selling to align the Zendesk AI portfolio with customer goals.
• Lead and support approved AI POC’s and demonstrate value of AI adoption.
• Collaborate with AI & core Success teams to identify expansion/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Assist in commercial modelling and forecast AR potential to maximise value for customers.
