Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an AI Sales Specialist to drive growth for our AI product suite. You will prospect, demo, and close deals in collaboration with Core AEs, using a value-based selling approach for CX and conversational AI solutions, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role. A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferable.
• Native Spanish Speaker
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales quotas and drive targets within Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with Core Account Executives to grow revenue from existing and new customers.
• Lead AI POC demonstrations and articulate value of AI solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities with Success teams.
• Support commercial modelling and forecasted automation to maximise AR potential.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions and enablement across the territory.
