Job summary

Fin is hiring a founding Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in Dublin to work closely with our R&D team and strategic customers. You will design, build, and implement solutions that bridge customer goals with Fin’s AI Agent for Customer Service, enabling scalable, end-to-end support.

You will interact with customers and GTM teams to understand use cases, prototype quickly, and ship impactful features while shaping roadmap decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building a SaaS product and shipping features end-to-end.
• Strong interest in AI/ML and ability to understand novel problems and trade-offs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across R&D, GTM, and engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
• Ability to prototype and ship software quickly with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption by helping prospects unlock Fin's AI capabilities to scale support.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Hands-on work with customers' technical teams as a technical advisor, coding alongside them.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product to ensure smooth experiences and feedback.
• Contribute to the Forward Deployed Engineering function and share best practices.
