Job summary

Fin is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead large, complex customer deployments of the Fin AI Agent platform. You will blend project management with hands-on configuration of Intercom-based deployments, guiding customers to rapid value and scalable AI-enabled support.

You will partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to design tailored deployment strategies, run discovery sessions, and ensure successful outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing implementation or similar SaaS/AI roles.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Strong technical comfort with configurations, integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Excellent project management with proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building at executive and technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for major customers.
• Define scope, success criteria, and timelines for deployments.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact during implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams.
• Run discovery sessions to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Configure Intercom features and integrations with support from engineers.
• Coordinate readiness activities including data migrations and security reviews.
• Track metrics like time-to-value, automation rates, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with Product/R&D to surface feedback and improvements.
• Help evolve Deployment Services methodologies and templates.
