Fin is hiring a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with strategic customers, bridging customer needs with product innovation. You will collaborate with R&D and GTM teams to design high-impact AI-enabled solutions and contribute to product direction.

You’ll prototype and ship software quickly, travel to customer sites, and help Fin deliver measurable business outcomes in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with SaaS product experience.
• Interest in AI/ML and ability to rapidly learn new concepts.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
• Proficient coding skills and familiarity with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin by unlocking the power of AI capabilities for support operations.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical needs.
• Code side-by-side with customers' technical teams to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product to ensure seamless experiences and feedback.
• Codify best practices and share insights to scale the Forward Deployed team.
