Fin is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join our Customer Solutions Team in Ireland. You will engage directly with customers as their trusted advisor, shaping the value of Fin's AI-powered solutions throughout the sales cycle.

With a background in technical pre-sales, you will partner with Product, R&D and Engineering to ensure customer needs are at the core of our offerings and drive successful, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical pre-sales role with C-level relationships.
• Strong technical acumen for discovery and value-focused presentations.
• Independent thinker who thrives in collaborative teams.
• Proven time management in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to translate business challenges into tailored Fin solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences articulating Fin's value and technical depth.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs demonstrating Fin capabilities.
• Serve as primary resource for RFPs and security questions with standard materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer voice.
