This role combines technical excellence with real customer impact, requiring strong collaboration with product teams and hands-on work in customer environments. You will help shape product direction while driving software projects to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or Physics.
• Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage.
• Interest in AI/ML and quickly building understanding of novel problems and capabilities.

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock AI capabilities.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand challenges and requirements.
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted expert.
