Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences. The Forward Deployed Product Manager will work directly with our biggest customers, owning deployments, shaping the product roadmap, and delivering measurable value with Fin.

The role is highly hands-on, combines customer-facing leadership with product impact, and operates in a hybrid setup in Ireland. You will collaborate across Sales, Success, and R&D to drive fast, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering customer-focused outcomes with measurable impact.
• Strong storytelling and executive-level communication.
• Able to discuss modern tech stacks with engineers and customers.
• Evidence-based decision making using data from conversations and CX metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
• Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, configure it, and unblock deployments.
• Be the AI expert in the room and drive measurable results.
• Partner with Sales, Success, and R&D to align deployments.
• Turn field learnings into product input to shape the roadmap.
• Build deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Define Forward Deployed PM role and sharpen success patterns.
