Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered agent solutions for enterprise clients in Ireland. You will build end-to-end components, craft prompts, and integrate data pipelines with Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce data platforms.

Traveling up to 25% is expected as you partner with customers and cross-functional teams. You will work with an expanding frontier AI stack, mentor teams, and contribute to MVPs deployed rapidly, shaping the next generation

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fluent in English and Dutch or German; strong communication skills.
Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain failures.
Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents and experiences that perform real actions for real organisations.
Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, and tool calls.
Own components end-to-end from architecture to production deployment.
Build data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and data platforms.
Create dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor deployment health and outcomes.
Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs deployed rapidly in days.
Collaborate with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement.
Surface platform gaps and provide product feedback to engineers and teams.
Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into shipable solutions.
