Job summary

Intercom (Fin, now part of Salesforce) seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to work directly with our largest customers, guiding deployments of Fin and delivering measurable value across their journey with AI-powered support. This is a high‑ownership, high‑visibility role requiring deep customer insight and technical fluency.

You will partner with Sales, Success, and R&D to deliver one‑team deployments, shape the product roadmap, and build repeatable playbooks that scale future deployments

Qualifications

• Experience: No minimum years required, focus on impact and potential.
• Customer obsession with empathy and bias for action.
• Strong communication and storytelling to present to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
• Run the full arc: pitch, demo, scope, configure, and unblock deployments.
• Be the AI expert in the room and drive outstanding results.
