Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across assigned areas.
• Coach and develop MTMs to meet performance targets.
• Monitor metrics, resource levels and bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and site procedures.
• Promote safety culture and conduct quality investigations.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Process and Facilities teams.
