You will supervise Manufacturing Team Members, ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets, and drive continuous improvement across multiple work centres.

The role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to optimize throughput while maintaining stringent cleanroom protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising MTMs in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to drive performance.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, EHS procedures, ISO standards, and site SOPs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Power BI, and ability to use reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities across assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring schedules, quality and safety.
  • Lead, coach, and develop MTMs to meet performance targets.
  • Monitor WIP, equipment availability, staffing, and material flow to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, EHS and ISO standards.
  • Support continuous improvement, 6S, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage attendance, training compliance, and employee relations per procedures.
