Job summary

Analog Devices in Ireland is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a 24/7 semiconductor Fab. You will supervise Manufacturing Team Members, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across cost and performance.

The role requires strong people leadership, clear communication, and the ability to resolve bottlenecks quickly while adhering to ISO, GMP/EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Manufacturing Team Members (MTMs) in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong communication skills for shift handovers and cross‑functional coordination.
• Proven problem‑solving mindset to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast‑paced Fab setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop MTMs to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor WIP, output, equipment availability, staffing, and material flow to avoid bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, EHS procedures, GMP/IPQ standards and site procedures.
• Drive safety culture and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
