Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick, Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager, Process Engineering Work Centre Head to lead a fab-wide process engineering team, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery across analogue, CMOS, BiCMOS, MEMS, and sensor technologies.

You will drive continuous improvement, strategic site initiatives, and talent development while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Equipment Engineering to exceed performance targets.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Significant semiconductor wafer fabrication and process engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical organisations.
• Strong understanding of process control, yield improvement, quality systems, equipment performance, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience across analogue, CMOS, BiCMOS, bipolar, MEMS, sensor, or related semiconductor technologies is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change, develop talent, and drive operational excellence.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership across the work centre and regulatory compliance.
• Own process capability, quality performance, SPC, and defect reduction.
• Manage output, capacity, and on-time delivery with improvements.
• Maximise tool availability and equipment effectiveness.
• Guide development and ramp-up of new process technologies.
• Lead engineers and develop organisational capability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
