Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Engineers delivering service in critical semiconductor environments.

• Coordinate workforce planning, hiring, training, and resource allocation.
• Ensure on-time delivery of service and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Technical Support, Training, Finance, HR, Spares and Sales to optimize service delivery.
