Analog Devices, Inc. in Ireland is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing in a 24/7 semiconductor Fab.

You will supervise Manufacturing Team Members, manage daily production, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple Work Centres. You will coach MTMs, monitor KPIs, support equipment and facilities teams, drive continuous improvement, and uphold cleanroom protocols and ISO/EHS standards.

Qualifications

Strong leadership to motivate and coach MTMs and hold teams accountable.
Clear communication for shift handovers and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced fab environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Good understanding of KPIs such as safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining safety and quality.
Familiarity with MS Office and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Supervise daily production activities across allocated manufacturing areas, ensuring schedules, quality and safety standards are met.
Lead, coach, and develop MTMs to achieve performance targets.
Monitor WIP, output, equipment availability, staffing, and material flow to resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, EHS, GMP, ISO standards, and site procedures.
Drive safety culture through Fab walks and incident investigations.
Collaborate with Equipment, Process and Facilities teams to maintain smooth production flow.
