Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Ireland is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing in a 24/7 semiconductor Fab.

You will supervise Manufacturing Team Members, manage daily production, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple Work Centres. You will coach MTMs, monitor KPIs, support equipment and facilities teams, drive continuous improvement, and uphold cleanroom protocols and ISO/EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to motivate and coach MTMs and hold teams accountable.
• Clear communication for shift handovers and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced fab environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Good understanding of KPIs such as safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining safety and quality.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across allocated manufacturing areas, ensuring schedules, quality and safety standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop MTMs to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor WIP, output, equipment availability, staffing, and material flow to resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, EHS, GMP, ISO standards, and site procedures.
• Drive safety culture through Fab walks and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Process and Facilities teams to maintain smooth production flow.
