Job summary

Analog Devices in Ireland (County Limerick) seeks a Staff Operational Excellence Engineer to drive fab-wide improvements and strengthen flow, OEE, cost and capacity. You will work across operations, process engineering, equipment, maintenance and quality, removing constraints and implementing sustainable changes.

The role blends data-driven analysis with cross-functional leadership to elevate operational stability and execution in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Significant experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance flow, cycle time, OEE and cost.
• Identify losses via data analysis and root-cause problem solving.
• Partner cross-functionally to sustain improvement actions.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to standardize best practices.
• Support fab readiness and long-term operational performance.
