Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a 24/7 semiconductor fab. You will supervise a team of MTMs, manage safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to optimize production flow while upholding cleanroom and GMP standards. Shift pattern includes nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across assigned areas, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Coach and develop MTMs to meet performance targets.
• Monitor WIP, equipment, staffing, and material flow to resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, GMP, ISO standards, and site procedures.
• Drive safety culture, incident investigations, and describe corrective actions.
